Solving the problem

If you have a problem installing or using then the answer probably lies in the steps below. Please go through the following steps before contacting technical support, listed at the bottom of this page.

  1. Make sure the card is correctly inserted in your machine.
    Read the readme file on the product's CD-ROM.
    Read the troubleshooting section of the User Guide.
    (you can download the user guide now in Adobe Acrobat PDF format v3).

  2. Install the latest drivers - this cures most problems straight away.

  3. Upgrade to the Windows 95 Service Release 1, as this can cure instability in original Windows 95 systems.
