Terrific: affordable, easy to use and live with, and most importantly, capable of providing excellent sound quality. Stuff, July 2003 Hot Buy
What it does
It’s a bathroom or kitchen sized radio with a DAB tuner in it, of course. And that’s a major bonus: the PURE sounds great, despite only being a mono design. (You could add another PURE speaker to make it stereo.)
How digital makes it better
Provided you can get a signal - less of a problem than it once was, especially in London - the PURE provides superb sound, especially with otherwise awkward-to-listen to stations such as Radio 5 Live. Stations are also hiss and crackle-free, which is super for classical music. Or whatever you choose to listen to.

Terrific: affordable, easy to use and live with, and most importantly, capable of providing excellent sound quality.
